A very quiet start to the week in complete contrast to the last few weeks

When the Fish are biting
A very quiet start to the week in complete contrast to the last few weeks but not unexpected as European school holidays come to an end and we enter what is traditionally the quietest time of the year.
On Monday we welcomed back Phill and a couple of his mates from the Uk for the afternoon. Non stop action for them with lots of fish from lots of species and in spite of a couple of tackle breakages an enjoyable afternoon.
Just the one customer on a very short afternoon session yesterday and very little in the book. The weather forecast is ok for the next couple of days before the return of some wet stuff over the weekend so there really is no better time than now to put a bend in the rod. Even if the weather is not that good there is cover all around the lake from both the sun and the rain. You won’t find better fishing or value for money anywhere else in Phuket and a lot further so why not get in touch, book your place and enjoy some…..”FUNFISHIN!”……..🎣🎣🎣🐠🐠🐠🐟🐟🐟😎😎😎

A day of rest yesterday, we had a few customers fishing on Saturday

When the Fish are biting
A day of rest yesterday, we had a few customers fishing on Saturday and a few friends down for drinks in the afternoon to help celebrate another birthday for me. 55 years old, 55 is ha ha (roughly translated) in Thai, there’s nothing funny about it but thanks agin to those who showed up, messaged or called.
Everyone fishing on Saturday caught well and the catch rates remain very high. A few bookings this week but still lots of availability so if a bend in the rod is what you are after, look no further as we offer the best fishing and best value around, give us a shout and enjoy some….”FUNFISHIN!”…….🎣🎣🎣🐠🐠🐠🐟🐟🐟😎😎😎

A very quiet couple of days mid week

When the Fish are biting
A very quiet couple of days mid-week and things looked like they may be the same yesterday with the torrential rain through the night and early morning. Things did turn round by the afternoon and it was nice to see our old pal Dave back again. This man can catch fish for fun and is a very accomplished shore angler back in England and he used his skills well yesterday with over 70, yes 70 fish for an afternoons work which is one hell of a catch rate. Seven different species of all shapes and sizes, I reckon those arms will be aching today.
As things stand there are no bookings for today but the weathermen say the rain is going to slow up so conditions are perfect.
Preparations are already in place for tomorrows hangover as I put another candle on the cake today. A warm up practice session at the park this afternoon before we head to Karon for the evening and anyone who fancies joining us would be very welcome and anyone out there that thinks they can get close to Dave’s catch rate should come and join us for some……..”FUNFISHIN!”……..🎣🎣🎣🐠🐠🐠🐟🐟🐟😎😎😎

Another fairly busy day with customers from Australia, England Tasmania, Thailand, USA, Denmark and France.

When the Fish are biting
Another fairly busy day with customers from Australia, England Tasmania, Thailand, USA, Denmark and France. Nice to see some old faces including a Dad’nLad duo from down under and also nice to welcome new customers from all over the world.
Fish a plenty for all involved from the start of the day right the way through with one customer even saying that he wished it would slow down so he could have a rest !
In complete contrast to the last couple of days there are very few bookings so availability is very good. The weather forecast does not look great for the beach, the pool or being on a boat but perfect and comfortable conditions for a dangle so why not come and join us, you won’t be disappointed and enjoy some…….”FUNFISHIN!”…….🎣🎣🎣🐠🐠🐠🐟🐟🐟😎😎😎

As is the trend of late we had another fairly busy Monday

When the Fish are biting
As is the trend of late we had another fairly busy Monday. The day started off grim with some heavy rain but the conditions improved quickly.
Jason from England managed to peel away from family activities for days fishing and after a slightly slower than usual start they turned on and plenty of fish for him.
Dad’nLad duo Vladima and Bima from Kazakhstan were back again for the second time in under a week, really nice people and a pleasure to see them fishing together.
Other customers on half day and short afternoon sessions also all got well into the fish with a nice mix of species including Siamese Carp, Chao Phraya Catfish, Striped Catfish, Amazon, Asian and Tiger Red Tail Catfish, Walking Catfish and Pacu to give a nice bit of variety and you really never know what the next fish will be.
There are a few names in the book for today but as things stand the rest of the week is quiet so availability is good, the fish are hungry and the weather looks ok so if a bend in the rod is what you are after we are as close as you can get for guaranteed action with very high catch rates and a real chance of a fish of a lifetime. Give us a shout, book your place and join u for some………”FUNFISHIN!”……🎣🎣🎣🐠🐠🐠🐟🐟🐟😎😎😎
