When the Fish are biting
A busy Saturday and a day tinged with a little sadness as it was our good friend and season ticket holder Dorothy’s last session for a while as she and hubby Malcolm are heading back to the UK for the summer, we will all miss them loads but had a good last day together with Dorothy catching lots of fish including a nice Arapaima and Malcolm watching the coronation with some good friends to say farewell over a few “cold ones” before the booze ban started at 6 pm………..
Plenty of fish caught by our other customers as well. Our pal Johnny Boy took some time out from his boxing training and bought a couple of friends along for the afternoon. Siamese carp and Mekong catfish for them and when a boxing trainer tells you that his arms are aching you know he’s had a good fight with a Mekong Cat!
Fish were coming out all over the lake for our other customers and at least two of them have booked to come back again this week.
The rains have started to show more so it won’t be long before our water levels are back where we want them and there will be a little disruption to parts of the lake as we carry out some bank maintenance. We did the same last year and the fishing was not affected but places will be limited so if you fancy a “holiday hook up” give us a shout, book your place and join us for some……….”FUNFISHIN !”…………🎣🎣🎣🐠🐠🐠🐟🐟🐟😎😎😎
