MORNING WORLD………….A mix of quiet and busyish days for the end of last week and the start of this. For the most part the very wet ‘n windy weather has passed with just a little rain that should always be expected at this time of the year. The sun has managed to show itself a little more so water temperatures or on the up along with the catch rates and the Mekong Cats are well up for it again along with several other species.
Hoosein Mohamed had pre booked online for himself and two others for the day on Saturday, they had a busy one and it was nice to receive this email from him this morning …….

We had a blast on Saturday. It was a great way to end off our holiday.
The guides were phenomenal at helping us getting onto fish. They are among the best I’ve dealt with. The location was just awesome and venue facilities were more than I expected.
Over 25 fish caught and managed to get 10 different species.
I’ll share reviews on Google and social media in due course.

It’s not always easy dealing with the public – the guy that wants 6 rods, another who’s wife pre booked for him and thinks he has paid in full, the one that wants to haggle, the one that comes with no money or the one that wants the guides to do absolutely everything for him so he gets the trophy photo etc. etc. etc. so it put a smile on my face when I read the email this morning and our thanks goes out to Hoosein for taking the time to put that together.
We are starting to see a few familiar faces returning to Phuket as the weather in Europe turns for the worst and improves here so it won’t be long before the quiet days are a distant memory and we will be very busy again so to avoid disappointment please try to plan a little, read the information on our website and pre book online, we hate turning people away but when we are full we are full so get your name in the book and join us for some……..”FUNFISHIN !”………..
