After a fairly slow start to the week we were busy once again yesterday with customers from Kazakhstan, Lithuania, Australia, Russia, Holland and Denmark. After the previous nights torrential rain the fish responded well and lots were caught through the majority of the day with just a short slightly quieter spell mid afternoon which is quite normal. Good things come to those who wait and the latter part of the day did produce loads of fish with the Red tails more than up for it along with plenty of Siamese carp and other species. We had one guy contact us saying he wanted a short 2.5 hour session and I advised hime to fish the last part of the day, he decided not to fish as while he was here at the slower part of the day not so many fish were caught so he left saying nothing was going on, his loss and those who hung around bagged up !
More bookings are being made through our website but availability is still good most days and don’t forget we are having a “funfishinmatch” on the afternoon of the 25th. We have a few names down but still space for more, a bit of fun that can often get a little messy later on with a little celebration of us being open for 6 years. Everyone is welcome, fishing, “cold ones” and nibbles into the evening what could be better………”FUNFISHIN!”……….
