Some very heavy rain over the last couple of days, great for our levels and making everywhere look so lush but not so good for business although there is cover all around the lake.
The rains did ease a little in the afternoon and those that were brave enough got plenty of fish. It was nice to see our German friend and his little girl for some Dad’nDaughter fishing, a little wet stuff did not put them off and with the added bonus of lots of toys here there was one happy little girl and one happy Dad enjoying the fishing with a cold one or two. The same went for our latest season ticket member and Fernand got well amongst the fish with lots of good Red Tails.
Things are looking a little brighter weather wise. A near guaranteed bend in rod is what to expect so why not give us a go and join us for some……….”FUNFISHIN!”…….YOU WON’T BE DISAPPOINTED !………….
