MORNING WORLD……….Making memories………giggling, screaming, laughing and the kids can get quite loud too ! Lots of fish and lots of fun for the second half of the week, the attached photos some of the fish caught in the last 3 days by customers of all ages and abilities from all over the world and a mixture of old and new faces. Thailand, Australia, England, New Zealand, Singapore, The Netherlands, Ireland, Switzerland, Russia, Italy and no doubt a couple of counties that I have forgotten all represented and all catching fish from several species with the Mekong Cats still putting the punters through their paces which for us is the first year that they have continued to feed so well into the rainy season. Plenty of other species including Siamese Carp, Red Tails, Pacu, Striped Catfish, Tambaqui and more keeping the catch rates up with some nice variety.
As is ALWAYS the case with fishing every day is different, Thursday was one of those near non stop days with fish jumping out pretty much all day, yesterday had a different “heavy” feel and the fishing was arguably a little tougher but of course a lot depends on who is fishing and what works well one day may not have the same results the next. The same goes for the time of the day, early and late is favoured all over the world particularly when the temperatures can get high but we have had many occasions when lots of fish have been caught at the hottest times of the day showing that you just never know with many factors playing their part….thats fishing !
