Not posted for a couple of days but not due to no news , in fact quite the opposite with lots of customers from all over the world. It’s been nice to see so many old faces here once again and also to welcome new ones.
Double hook ups are common with plenty of fish caught but I’d be lying if I said the fishing was off the record all of the time. The days are getting hotter and sunnier which sometimes means slower fishing in the middle of the day which is why we try to encourage customers on shorter sessions to make the most of the cooler early or late times. The same goes for the shadier parts of the lake and again customers coming late in the day for a short session should expect these swims to be already taken. Bookings are coming in thick and fast for the coming high season that appears to have kicked in a little earlier than usual but we do still get many “walk in” customers who are not happy when we tell them we are full so PLEASE DO CHECK WITH US BEFORE COMING, no one likes a wasted journey particularly if a taxi has been paid for. Give us a shout , ideally a day or two in advance but by all means just before you plan to leave and we can book you a place to enjoy some…….”FUNFISHIN”……….
