Our pal Del added another candle to the cake yesterday and celebrated in style. A visit to Wat (temple) Chalong, releasing some fish into the lake for good luck, a massage and then an afternoon fishing. The birthday boy had Lady Luck on his side catching Mekong Catfish, Siamese Carp, Red Tail Cats and several Grass Carp for a very productive afternoon and the same went for other customers from Russia and France.
As the sun set Del carried his celebrations into the evening/ night around the “Office Table” with Beers and Pizzas the order of the day with some good friends.
Things are a good bit quieter here now so much better availability than the last couple of months, the fish are still up for it in spite of the mercury climbing day by day so if a bend in the rod is what you are after, look no further and join us for the best fishing has to offer…….”FUNFISHIN!”…….
