MORNING WORLD…….A good few wet ‘n windy days lately, which has kept the fair weather fishermen and women away, but still busy enough. A mix of new and old faces of all ages and abilities and of course lots of fish from several species for the second half of the week.
On Wednesday we welcomed back our friend and season ticket holder Dorothy, who had actually joined for a soft session the previous week but this week she hit the ground running with several Siamese Carp and other species for the afternoon’s work and a double hook up to end the session. Back with a Bang, Dot!!!
Others around the lake all got amongst the fish and as ever its lovely to see the look on the little ones faces when they catch a fish as big as them, memories to take home and keep forever.
We do still get busy some days at this time of the year but more often than not this is the time to take advantage of less people, more space and possibly more fish. We still strongly advise to pre book through our website or at least contact us before coming to check availability, no one likes being turned away when they have paid for a taxi but we still have lots of people turning up unannounced near every day and when we are full we are full so get your name in the book and join us for some…….”FUNFISHIN!”…….
