MORNING WORLD……we’ve been blessed to have had a busy “low season” so far with several days fully booked and more like high season in spite of some heavy weather at times. The second half of this week was much the same with yesterday being quieter giving us the chance to cut the grass and cut back some of the plants and vegetation that grow for fun at alarming rates at this time of the year.

As ever loads of fish being caught and our pal Mark managed to pull away from his duties at Islander Sports Bar and Restauarant in Rawai not once but twice this week. After a very productive session on Tuesday morning he was back for more on Thursday afternoon for what he described as the best fishing session he had ever had with over 30 fish, 11 Siamese Carp and 11 Mekong Cats along with other species all of a very respectable size with one of the Mekong definitely over 40 Kg, not enormous for the species but when there are several of them one after another you get a comment like this “What a afternoon yesterday!!!

Feel like I’ve been raped by a heard of rhino today tho”……….😂
