Thankful for a slightly busier day yesterday. Zoe and Mandy from South Africa and Scotland joined us for the day they bagged up nicely with lots of fish and several species. Always nice to see the girls enjoying the sport and they have said they will be back.
They way things have been the last few days we were not really expecting any more customers so we were pleasantly surprised to get a further five anglers all on short sessions in the afternoon, a mixture of new and repeat customers all catching well. The photos don’t show all the fish or justify the catches as one of the guides decided he was not coming in, no notice , no contact, no surprise meaning his remaining workmates had more to do and struggled to take pics. Yes we are still looking for a reliable staff member to work as a fishing guide and help out generally around the park. Some English would be a big plus but more importantly a little reliability. It can be very rewarding for the right person, it’s good fun and really not that challenging. There must be someone out there who can get up in the mornings, work a full week, use a little initiative, be honest and try to better themselves…..maybe !
Very few bookings meaning availability is very good, catch rates are always high and there is only a little more low season to go so why not make the most of it before the crowds come again, give us a shout and join us for some………..”FUNFISHIN!”……..
